Our products are provided by Uplink Sites (ABN 33 856 190 526), a registered business name based in New South Wales, Australia. The terms for the product you use form the agreement between you and us for that product. If you use more than one product, each product's own terms apply to it.
ClubKit
Managed websites for community sports clubs, including the subscription, the setup fee, billing, and acceptable use.
Uplink Analytics
Cookieless website analytics accounts and subscriptions, together with the Data Processing Agreement.
Payments and pricing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Tax invoices show our ABN and the GST amount.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy covers every Uplink Sites product. Each product also has its own privacy policy, linked above.
