Public site renders the latest 6 items as a card grid with title, date, and excerpt. 30-min server-side cache so external feeds don't get hammered.
Registration
- Build your own registration forms with a drag-and-drop editor. Add the fields you need (name, email, phone, dropdowns, dates, file uploads, checkboxes), mark which ones are required, and save as a draft until you're ready to publish.
- Members fill out and submit forms straight from your website. Every response lands in a tidy inbox grouped by form, with new, read, and archived filters so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Get an email the moment a form is submitted, sent to whichever address you nominate (or the club's contact email by default).
- Charge a registration fee on any form. Members pay with card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay at the Stripe-powered checkout. Money lands directly in your Stripe account and the secretary gets a confirmation when it clears. ClubKit takes $0, only Stripe's standard fee applies. Requires a free Stripe account.
